General Instructions for Pilgrims Visiting Sri Kartarpur Sahib
Registration:
Pilgrims must register in advance to visit Sri Kartarpur Sahib in Narowal, Pakistan. Registration does not guarantee travel; only those granted permission will receive an electronic travel authorization (ETA) via email. A copy of the ETA must be presented at Dera Baba Nanak ICP.
Travel Guidelines:
- Pilgrims should visit in the morning and return the same day.
- Visits are restricted to Sri Kartarpur Sahib only.
Do's:
- Use eco-friendly materials, preferably cloth bags, and keep the surroundings clean.
- Follow RBI regulations for currency.
- Carry only one bag up to 7 kg, including drinking water.
Don'ts:
- Do not carry items from the negative list.
- Smoking, drinking, and tobacco use are prohibited inside the Passenger Terminal Building (PTB).
- Avoid touching unattended articles; report suspicious items to authorities.
- Refrain from playing loud music or photographing others without permission.
